We are desperately disappointed to advise that we have had to cancel the Ilkley Grand National which was going to take place next Saturday, 25 March 2023.
This decision has not been taken lightly and has arisen following discussions with the gamekeeper of one of our landowners regarding the ground conditions on part of the course. Unfortunately his permission has been withdrawn thus making it impossible to run the event.
We have spent a huge amount of time and effort arranging the event and have tried to work round this but it has proved impossible.
We know everyone involved with the event will be disappointed. We sincerely thank everyone who is involved in any way, riders, observers, organisers, landowners for your support. We are arranging a full refund of entry fees.
