Open Meeting 20:00 Tuesday 19th September at Guiseley Cricket Club to discuss this years Ilkley Jubilee Rally and form plans for next year.
The meeting is open for all to attend, competitors, marshals, organisers, or just interested parties. The intention is to decide what we should do for next year, should we retain the current format, move the date, run a different event entirely, or indeed nothing at all.
We will be needing some more people on the organising team, some key members will not be able to contribute as much next year.
The meeting venue is in a private room with bar facilities. So offers a good opportunity for those that might want to come over and just have a chat about rallying and what we have been doing and plan to do next.
